• Choice of colors across entire web site (both font and menu)
• Customized, consistent footer across all pages with Copyright
• Ongoing email/telephone consultation and prompt responses regarding text on each page, layout and redesign of each page to make site clean and user-friendly
• Redesign of downloadable applications/form. All forms would be converted to PDF format and link to new window for pleasant user experience and customer retention
• Web site Validator will find errors and reports are available
• Report types available include List of Bad Links, List of Redirected Links, etc. in TXT, HTML, or Access format
